- Goods – any products supplied by us.
- Order – a confirmed request for Goods.
- Quotation – a written price offer provided by us.
- Business Day – a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Singapore or Australia.
Application of Terms
These Terms apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries, and take precedence over any terms provided by the Buyer unless expressly agreed in writing by us.
Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are accepted only when confirmed in writing or upon dispatch of Goods.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), United States Dollars (USD), or Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be specified in the invoice; unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required prior to shipment.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Delivery terms are outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the Goods are handed over to the carrier.
- The Buyer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Warranty & Returns

Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Goods.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Singapore and Australia, depending on the contracting entity issuing the invoice.
For international customers, these Terms shall apply subject to any mandatory laws of the Buyer’s country. Unless otherwise required by such laws, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore or Australia, as applicable.
