Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Certain locations may have restrictions due to export regulations, trade sanctions, or logistical limitations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Processing times for special orders or hard-to-source items may be longer; we will inform you of expected lead times before confirming your order.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted logistics partners, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping – economical option for non-urgent orders.
- Expedited Shipping – faster delivery option with priority handling.
- Freight Forwarding – available for bulk and heavy equipment orders.
Delivery Lead Time
Delivery lead time vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance:
- Standard Lead Time: 10–14 business days or even longer.
- Expedited Lead Time: 05–10 business days.
- Emergency Delivery Service: 01 - 03 days (Hand carry, especially during machine breakdown)
Note: Delivery estimates are provided excluding any delays arising from customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- The exact cost will be provided in your quotation or order confirmation.
- Any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Risk of Loss & Damage
- Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
- We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
- If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
Customs & Import Regulations
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring the Goods comply with import regulations in their country.
- All required documents for customs clearance will be provided, but delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
We will provide a tracking information once your order has been dispatched from All Industrial Automation office, so you can monitor its delivery status.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather, transport strikes, pandemics, or other events outside our reasonable control.
