For legal and operational purposes, All Industrial Automation operates through its registered entities: All Industrial Automation Pte Ltd (Singapore) and All Industrial Automation Pty Ltd (Australia).
Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries worldwide. Certain locations may have restrictions due to export regulations, trade sanctions, or logistical limitations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Processing times for special orders or hard-to-source items may be longer; expected lead times will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Standard Shipping – cost-effective option for non-urgent orders.
- Expedited Shipping – faster delivery with priority handling.
- Freight Forwarding – available for bulk and heavy equipment.
Delivery Lead Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance:
- Standard: 10–14 business days (may vary based on location).
- Expedited: 5–10 business days.
- Emergency Delivery: 1–3 days (hand carry service for urgent requirements such as machine breakdowns).
Note: Delivery estimates exclude delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Final shipping charges will be provided in the quotation or order confirmation.
- All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipments are made in accordance with internationally recognized trade terms (Incoterms® 2020).
Dispatch & Fulfilment
Orders may be dispatched from any of our global warehouses or operational bases depending on product availability and logistics optimization.
Partial Shipments
We reserve the right to make partial shipments where necessary. Each shipment may be invoiced and delivered separately unless otherwise agreed.
Risk of Loss & Damage
- Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer once the Goods are handed over to the carrier.
- We recommend obtaining shipping insurance for high-value shipments.
- If goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos of the packaging and products.
Customs & Import Regulations
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Goods comply with applicable import regulations in their country.
- We provide necessary documentation for customs clearance; delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor delivery status.
Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
