 You can reach us in three ways:
  •  Online enquiry – Search for your part number on our website and fill out the enquiry form for a quick response.
  •  Phone – Call us directly to speak with an account manager about your enquiry.
  •  Email or live chat – Share your part details via email or live chat for personalized assistance.

Our quotations remain valid for 10 days from the date of issue, as this will be a first come first serve basis, and the suppliers will   not hold the item for long, unless stated otherwise.

For many industrial parts—especially obsolete or hard-to-find models—market prices fluctuate frequently. To ensure accuracy, we provide tailored pricing for each enquiry.

Not in our end. Every Obsolete New part we supply is not tested or used in our end, as the part are sold as New and Un-used. Most products also include a 12-month return-to-base warranty for peace of mind.

Yes. All the units are supplied with a 12-month warranty. If a unit fails within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement if it is a manufacturing defect, or repair policies may apply as per the normal warranty terms.

Yes. We deliver worldwide from our Singapore base and other regional warehouses. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method and the customs clearance.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Exact delivery times depend on product availability, courier services, and customs clearance. We confirm timelines in your quotation.

We accept bank transfers, major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Pay Now for local and international orders. Payments are generally made in SGD or USD.

Yes. Trade credit is available for approved customers subject to credit checks and agreed terms.

Reconditioned parts offer the same functionality as new units at a significantly lower cost, and they’re fully tested and backed by our warranty—helping you reduce downtime without overspending.

We carry a wide selection of new and reconditioned obsolete automation parts from leading brands such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi and so on. If we don’t have it in stock, our global sourcing network can often locate it quickly.

Product appearance can vary depending on condition, revision, or production batch. To avoid confusion, we may not display an image unless we can confirm it matches the exact unit you will receive.

No, we do not offer any service exchange program for faulty units. We can help you to dispose of the faulty units with free of cost.

We do not accept any returns once the goods are sold.

Your order confirmation includes the contact details of your account manager. Alternatively, you can reach our customer support team by phone, email, or live chat.

Order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your account manager or our support team as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be possible for items that have already been sourced, prepared, or dispatched. 

Yes. We specialise in locating discontinued, rare, and obsolete automation parts through our global supplier network.

If the exact model is unavailable, we can only provide alternative models that meets your machine specifications or requirements based on your engineer providing us the alternative model details.

Where applicable, we can arrange pre-shipment calibration or programming to match your requirements and it will be charged separately.

Yes. In some cases, we can hold items for a limited time with an Order Confirmation or a 100% advance payment ensuring availability when you need them.

We work with trusted logistics providers including DHL or FedEx for fast, reliable delivery.

Yes, we do carry out on-site Inspection and installations.

We do not provide any OEM certifications for the Obsolete parts. As OEM do not support obsolete parts.
