Repairs & Servicing

- All repairs are carried out by qualified engineers and tested prior to return.
- Turnaround times vary depending on part availability and repair complexity.
Replacement Assistance
- If a part is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, a replacement may be arranged in accordance with our Warranty Policy.
- If a defect occurs within the 12-month warranty period, repair services will be provided following inspection by our engineers, as per our Warranty Policy.
- For obsolete or hard-to-find parts, we assist in sourcing compatible or equivalent alternatives where exact replacements are unavailable.
Spare Parts Sourcing
