At All Industrial Automation Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to supplying quality industrial automation parts. This policy outlines our warranty coverage, along with conditions for returns or replacements where applicable.
Warranty Coverage
- All standard replacement units supplied by us are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., power surges, environmental conditions, human errors).
Reconditioned or Refurbished or used Parts
- Some products we supply based on the customer request, may be Used or Reconditioned or Refurbished, and it will be clearly stated at the time of sale.
- Warranty coverage for such products will be specified in your quotation or invoice and may differ from the standard warranty terms.
Returns & Replacements (Within Warranty)
- A return or replacement is only accepted if the product is within its warranty period, the issue is verified by our technical team, and the product is returned in the same condition as supplied.
- Special-order or custom-sourced products, and those damaged after delivery due to handling or installation errors, are not eligible.
Return Procedure
- Contact our support team at sales@aiautomation.global with your order details and fault description pictures or videos.
- If approved, we will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number.
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
- If a return is approved and a replacement is not available, a credit note or refund may be issued.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, minus any applicable fees.
